For existing patients who receive private prescriptions from the clinic and require a repeat prescription, please send us an email with the following information:-
- Patient name
- Date of birth
- Address and Postcode
- Medication name and dosage
- Frequency medication is taken
- Number of days medication remaining
- Blood pressure, heart rate, weight (and height for under 18s)
- General wellbeing and any side effects on the medication so far
- Confirmation of whether you prefer to have your prescription posted or if you prefer to collect from the clinic. If postage is preferred, please confirm the address to post the prescription to.
Please title the email “Repeat Prescription” and email this to meds@oxfordadhdcentre.co.uk
Please allow 7 days for your request to be processed.
Repeat prescriptions will be posted to you using guaranteed next day by 1pm, signed for delivery by Royal Mail. If there is nobody at home to sign for the prescription, Royal Mail will leave an undeliverable card and the item will be available to collect from your local sorting office, as detailed on the Royal Mail card.
