Fees
We charge according to the type of assessment or appointment you require.
A written report is produced following all assessments. Additional charges are payable for the writing of medical reports and letters which are requested in addition to this.
Emails relating to medical matters that require time to read or respond to will also attract a fee.
Fees are subject to change without notice and current prices are listed below.
By using the services provided by the Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre, you agree to our charging policies, consultation charges, and terms and conditions of business.
Payment Terms
All fees must be settled at least 48 hours prior to the time of consultation.
Assessments must be paid in advance of the assessment date. We ask for a payment of 50% of your bill at the time of booking your assessment appointment and the remainder is due at least 48 hours prior to your assessment date. We accept online payment (via your invoice email) credit/debit cards (in clinic) and BAC’s transfers.
Medical insurance cover is unfortunately no longer accepted as a means of payment for any assessment or appointment. All consultations must be self funded. Patients may wish to claim reimbursement from their insurance provider directly afterwards if they have cover.
Patients with outstanding accounts are only seen at the clinician’s discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least two business days’ notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the total appointment fee. For appointments that occur on Mondays, cancellations must be made by 12pm on the Thursday before.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full fee. Not attending scheduled appointments will also be considered cancellations and will be billed in full.

Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre is the trading name of Oxford ADHD Centre.

Statement of Purpose
The clinic is a specialist independent clinic in Oxford for children and adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions.
Registration
All patients of Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre must register before they are able to use the services provided by the Centre.
Fees and Payment
We charge on the basis of time spent or are likely to spend in dealing with care. This may include time spent considering and researching matters, making and receiving telephone calls, as well as responding to emails and issuing letters. Payment Terms

We accept credit/debit cards, BAC’s transfers, online payment via the invoice link, cheques and cash. We will provide a receipt for all payments which may be used to claim reimbursement from your health insurance should you have cover.
Further treatment will only be offered at the discretion of the clinic for any patients who have outstanding accounts.

If patients have any preference as to the method of our communication, please state this on your Personal Information form at registration.
We have thorough standards in the maintenance of confidentiality.

We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission.
